What is your shipping policy?
We ship from Oklahoma to all of the US states. Our merchandise is in stock, we do not drop ship. All orders are processed and shipped quickly, usually within 3-5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link to track your package. Please allow a few days for your tracking to start working.

Please note: Due to Covid-19, shipping times are not guaranteed. Because of the heavy volume of parcels being handled by USPS, we cannot guarantee products will be delivered on time.

What if there’s a problem with my purchase?
Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will be happy to work with you. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return your item, please contact us at info@quiver-store.com for a replacement within 30 days.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and in new condition
- In their original packaging


What if my product is damaged?
Although we inspect each item before and package them with care, damages and defects may happen.


If you find yourself in this situation, please contact us immediately at info@quiver-store.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll have a look and let you know how we can fix it for you!
